The Normies Heat beat Konfusion Syrens 19-0 to continue the Heat's winning streak. They were lead by Maureen Murrin's 7 points and 2 interceptions. Elsewhere in women's action, Hickman Motors got their first win, 37-0 over Syrens. Jamie Hearn had 8 points to lead Hickman's.
 
In men's action the Goldens beat Mustangs 30-19 to begin the season 3 and 0. Long time Seals quarterback Brian Dobbin led the Goldens and Nelson Peddle scored 4 touchdowns in the game which also featured the return of Paul Doyle.
 
Elsewhere Falcons got their first win, 30-0 over Gulls. Joe Newman, Shawn Gibbons and Mark Peters all scored 8 for the Falcons. Hurricanes split a pair of games. They beat Cyclones 36-0 on Sunday thanks to Keith Matthews 12 points. On Saturday Mike Wheeler scored the lone touchdown of the game as Wolverines beat Hurricanes 7-0. And Gulls got their first franchise win as they beat Cyclones 37-0. Craig Rogers scored 7 points to lead the Gulls.
